My Practice

For over 35 years, I’ve represented people across North Carolina who were victims of negligence. I am grateful for the confidence and trust my clients placed in me.

It also was an honor to serve our state’s legal profession as President of the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Foundation in 2020-21. These organizations promote core values of our profession including access to justice, diversity and inclusion and respect for the rule of law.

Currently, I maintain a limited civil practice and enjoy volunteering with pro bono and public service programs. I also am a certified superior court mediator.
